The ASI JM200 Snake Tong is our longest snake tong, measuring 2 meters. It is ideal for safely removing snakes from a distance, especially those found under beds or in trees.
Based on our best-selling PRO series, the JM tongs feature important modifications that have been extensively tried and tested. The upper jaw has been extended to create a 3.4 cm overbite, significantly improving functionality compared to most snake tongs, which typically have an overbite of only 1.5 cm or less.
Additionally, the gap between the upper and lower parts of the jaw when the tongs are closed has been reduced to 1-2 mm, ensuring the sections nearly touch. This prevents pinching and allows for the capture of smaller snakes. A double crimp has also been added to the steel cable.
