The UMS4 Intelligent USB Four-Slot Superb Battery Charger from Nitecore is compatible with select Li-ion, IMR, LiFePO4, NiMH, and NiCd batteries. This charger accepts multiple power sources that plug directly into the micro USB port. Batteries can be charged simultaneously or independently, and the charger can reach a maximum 4000mAh of output power.
During the charging process, the LCD will monitor battery health and display battery status, charged volume, battery temperature, and battery level. Batteries with circuit protection activate the intelligent charging management system, applying correct charging currents, preventing overcharging, protecting against reverse polarity, and providing anti-short circuit protection.
The charger is constructed from durable and fire-retardant PC and ABS materials. It also features a built-in temperature regulation system, which helps to dissipate heat and prevent the charger from overheating.
