The plain stainless steel REX blade is of a pivoting construction that’s self-adjusting, depending on the pressure applied, peeling extremely close to the flesh of the fruit or vegetable skin, preserving the inherent vitamins.
This razor-sharp kitchen utensil is perfect for creative cooks and is now available in a variety of new anodized colour finishes to the handle. It effortlessly slices vegetable skins, potatoes, zucchinis, and parmesan cheese shavings.
