Description
Silver’s Recoil Pads enhance the stock of even the best guns. Supplied in two sizes, No.3 and No.4, to cover all types of shotguns or rifles. The No.3 pad is more commonly used for shotgun applications, whilst the No.4, with its top nib, tends to be the most popular for rifles. Either pad is perfectly satisfactory for either application and can be left as a matter of personal choice.
Both pads are suitable for all applications and working conditions, including leather covering, being both durable and climatically stable. A high standard of finish is obtained by using white spirit or lamp paraffin with wet and dry polishing, followed by a coating of varnish.
