The SPUHR R-7031 Winchester 70 Scope Base 0MIL is a Picatinny Gen2 Scope Base designed for the Winchester Model 70. This high-quality, dehorned scope mount base is based on a decade of experience in designing and manufacturing the original Ideal Scope Mount System.

- Includes 6-48×1/4” Torx 10 screws and stainless steel pins for optional pinning to the action.
