The Vortex Defender-ST Red Dot Optic is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of both duty use and range training. Its large, hard-coated aspherical lens provides a distortion-free sight picture with true-to-life color, facilitating rapid target acquisition.
The optic offers 10 brightness settings—eight for daylight and two compatible with night vision—allowing adaptability across various lighting conditions. Equipped with motion activation technology, the Defender-ST powers up with movement and conserves battery life through a 10-minute auto-shutoff feature.
The Fast-Rack™ texturing on the optic’s face aids in slide manipulation from any surface, enhancing operational efficiency. Constructed with a robust 7075 aluminium housing and reinforced by a ShockShield™ polymer insert, it withstands the rigors of everyday use.
The Defender-ST utilizes the DeltaPoint® Pro footprint, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of firearms, including handguns, shotguns, and carbines. Its top-loading CR2032 battery design allows for easy battery replacement without the need to remove the optic, maintaining zero. With a battery life of approximately 25,000 hours, the Defender-ST is a reliable companion for any shooting application.
