The Sierra MatchKing Bullets – 6.5mm Cal / .264″ 123gr HPBT is a pack of 100 bullets ideal for reloading .264″ and similar calibers. MatchKing bullets are designed for competition, offering a high ballistic coefficient and exceptional accuracy over long ranges. These bullets have been used by many competitors to set world records.
This bullet features an expanding design with a hollowed-out shape inside the tip, intended to expand upon entering a target. In target shooting, hollow point bullets are used to reduce smoke, fouling, and lead vapor exposure. Unlike traditional bullets, hollow point bullets are enclosed at the base.
Boat Tail bullets are less sensitive to crosswinds, have a flatter trajectory, retain higher velocity downrange, and deliver higher energy to the target compared to their flat base counterparts.
