Description
The CZ 457 Synthetic is an extremely lightweight rimfire rifle designed to withstand the most adverse weather conditions. Weighing only 2.4 kg (with an empty magazine), it features a durable fiber-reinforced polymer stock with CZ’s SOFT-TOUCH coating, ensuring a comfortable and reliable grip even in punishing environments like cold, heat, and humidity. The stock’s symmetrical design accommodates both right-handed and left-handed shooters.
Adding to the 457’s durability is an advanced anti-corrosion finish on metal parts that resists rust and provides excellent protection from the elements. The high-quality, cold hammer-forged 20” barrel is chambered for .22LR and includes a ½ x 20 UNF muzzle thread for suppressor installation, along with a dovetail milled into the top receiver for optics mounting.
A notable feature of the 457 is its compatibility with CZ 457 minisets, allowing for quick and easy changes in caliber, barrel length, and profile with thick-walled barrels. The set includes a five-round polymer magazine for the corresponding caliber, necessary allen wrenches for installation, and an illustrative manual.
