Be Safe Paramedical South Africa is excited to introduce the latest addition to our Chest Wound Seal Range, the PneumoPatch™ NV. This non-vented occlusive chest wound dressing can be quickly applied to all penetrating chest wounds, even by inexperienced providers.
The gel-based adhesive provides excellent chest wall adhesion and performs extremely well, even on clammy chests. The PneumoPatch™ NV’s gel adhesive increases its chest wall adhesion efficacy the longer it remains on the chest, which is especially useful when transit times to a field hospital are delayed due to combat activity.
