The Kiridashi knife is a Japanese traditional utility fixed blade, originally used for different types of carving and grafting, renowned for smooth and accurate cuts. Cold Steel has now taken this knife to a new level with a lightweight, slim, but rugged EDC folder and a super sharp blade.
