The Nordlys Flatgrind (FG) is a distinct sibling to the standard Nordlys. While maintaining the same basic shape, the FG version offers a unique feel. It features a much thinner blade with a flat grind, making it excel as a slicer rather than for heavier tasks. Additionally, it is significantly more lightweight, weighing in at 67% of the standard version. This weight reduction is primarily due to the thinner stock and a skeletonized handle.
