The Jiffy-Pro Handheld Sharpener is a versatile manual sharpener for knives and scissors, made from durable polymer. It is designed for travelers but is equally effective in the home kitchen, enabling quick and easy sharpening of dull blades.
The handle is crafted from strong, lightweight plastic with rubberized inserts to ensure a firm grip. Its special, contoured shape provides stability during sharpening. The long grip arm can be used to attach the sharpener to a bag edge or backpack strap for easy transport.
This tool features three built-in sharpeners: a carbide (coarse) sharpener and a ceramic (extra-fine, 1500) sharpener for knife maintenance, along with a scissor sharpener built into the handle.
