Description
The EDCS Grab Bag Shelter System addresses one of the Immediate (metabolic) Needs: Core Temperature and its control. The Shelter System is designed around three key components: something to sleep on, something to sleep in, and something to sleep under. With these components and the inclusion of an already set-up Ridge Line, the system effectively covers the Core Temperature control aspect. Please note, this does not include personal clothing items.
The aim of this system is to provide not only a complete sleeping refuge but also the ability to quickly set up a shelter if needed. It serves as an outer layer in a clothing multi-layer setup and offers various other applications, from a tarp-type sleeping setup to a Ranger-Roll sleeping bag.
