The OLAES® Modular Bandage by TACMED SOLUTIONS™ represents the latest in trauma care technology, suitable for all levels of care providers. It features 3 meters of gauze, a removable occlusive plastic sheet behind the trauma dressing pad, and a pressure cup that doubles as a rigid eye shield. These advanced features are discreetly integrated and can be utilized as needed without complication.
Designed with input from experienced military medics, the bandage includes Velcro® ‘Control’ strips to prevent accidental unraveling and ensure secure application. The adhesive ‘brakes’ on the elastic bandage prevent unintentional unrolling, while the zig-zag-packed gauze feeds easily from the tactical bandage.
This versatile bandage can cover minor wounds, apply effective pressure dressings, serve as occlusive dressings, and pack severe wounds, all in a compact package.
