In 2022, we introduce a new version of the classic Gaupe knife. Equally beautiful and balanced as its sibling, this version features a 12C27 blade. Named after the Norwegian word for ‘Lynx,’ this knife shares similar characteristics. It is truly beautiful to look at and powerful in performance. The Gaupe knife features a classic Scandinavian shape.
